YOUTH
ALL CITY TEAM CRITERIA
ELIGIBILITY:
All USBC sanctioned youth bowlers, bowling in a USBC
sanctioned league at a center from within the jurisdiction of the St. Paul
USBC, are eligible provided that they bowl at least two-thirds of the
games bowled by the league and that they carry a minimum average of 190
for males or a minimum average of 165 for females. There will be separate
All City Teams for males and females.
POINT SYSTEM:

Points will be awarded to the top five averages in all USBC sanctioned
leagues in the St. Paul USBC on a basis of 10 - 8 - 6 - 4 - 2.
(Remember that a bowler must bowl 2/3 of the season and average above
the minimums of 190 for males and 165 for females.) A bowler who bowls
in more than one league may only use his or her top finish to acquire
average points.

Points
will be awarded to the bowlers with the top five scratch all events
totals in the St. Paul Junior City Tournament on a 5 - 4 - 3 - 2 - 1 basis.

Points
will be awarded to the bowlers with the top five scratch series in the
Minnesota State USBC Youth Championship Tournament on a 5 - 4 - 3 - 2
- 1 basis.

will be awarded to the top five finishing bowlers from the St. Paul
Junior Bowling Association in the St. Paul Junior Match Game
Tournament on a 5 - 4 - 3 - 2 - 1 basis.

will be awarded for high scratch scores bowled only in St. Paul USBC
sanctioned leagues as follows:
