The St. Paul USBC Association final average book is being published on the internet
	as a service to its members.
	Bowler's who bowled in more than one league will have several averages listed below their name.
	If you are unable to find an individuals average it may be do one of the following:
	Name was not spelt correctly on application card or final average sheet.
	The bowler did not bowl 21 or more games in the association.
	The league the individual competed in was not an USBC Certified league.
	Then individuals final averages were not submitted to the association.
	The St Paul USBC Association accepts no responsibility for any errors regarding a bowlers average.
	It is the bowlers responsibility to use their correct average.
	In the event the data submitted by the league secretary has been recorded incorrectly,
	please contact the office for clarification.
	To find an individuals final average,  select the first letter of the bowlers last name.
