ED MADY 1965 Superior Performance

Member of team that won ABC All-Events title in 1957. In this same tournament he and his partner finished in second place in the doubles, contributing 677 to a 1356 series. Named to second All-American team for his accomplishments that season. Placed second in 1941 ABC Tournament with 740 series.

Rolled a record 957 total in Tribune Classic in 1947, and is the only two-time winner of that tournament. Has 25 year ABC Tournament average of 191. Shared State Doubles title in 1942. Won City all-events title in 1952. Shared Doubles and won Singles title in 1957 City Meet. Has also won numerous other tournaments and has many 700 totals to his credit.
