Started bowling in WIBC leagues in 1963.
With her husband, Bill, became the first husband/wife tandem in Minnesota to each post 300
games. To date, she is the only WIBC bowler to win three St. Paul "City" titles
in the same year (1969-70). In 1969-70, her first appearance in the St. Paul
"City" tournament, she won the St. Paul "City" Doubles title with her
sister, Linda Engebretson; the St. Paul "City" Singles title with a scratch
score of 653, and the St. Paul "City" All Events title with a 1719 total. A
member of a Minnesota "State" Team Championship team. Was a member of St. Paul's
All-City team once and an "Honorable Mention" member of St. Paul's All-City team
once. Has rolled one 300, her career high series is 708, and her high final season average
to date is 193.
