ST. PAUL SENIOR MIXED DOUBLES TOURNEY

The
St. Paul Men & Women’s Bowling Assoc. ran its 18th Annual
Senior Mixed Doubles Tournament the last two weeks of February at West Side
Lanes. In addition to the entry fee we had $950 of donated Sponsor Fee and many
door prizes. The winners of the Doubles event were Ralph Sward and Lois Gfrerer
who also receive their plaques at the Banquet of Champions on May 10TH
at Minnehaha Lanes.
The Singles optional winners were for the men Ralph Sward and for women Edie Azure. Ralph will receive the Bill Lorenz Memorial plaque and Edie will receive the Diane Vasek Memorial plaque. A special thanks to Loraine Hansen, co-chair, Wanda Simmer, Paul Delperdang and Shorty Aamodt who helped run the Tournament. A huge THANKS to our Sponsors who were so generous again this year.. Also, thanks to all those who bowled the Tourney, without them we wouldn’t have one.
